wi-fi does not share
Same thing is happening to me in my 2022 GMC Sierra. Have called OnStar multiple times, done the soft reset on the infotainment system, done the OnStar reset, best case scenario enabling the Wifi Sharing option under the vehicle connection settings to the "On" position lasts maybe 10-15 seconds before automatically turning itself back off.
It's just one problem after another with OnStar. Truck has just over 55k miles on it and I've already had to replace the OnStar control module twice, first time was covered under warranty but the second wasn't. Really hoping this isn't another hardware issue and that someone from OnStar can figure it out. They're "escalated" the issue but was told to wait for another 3-5 days for someone to get back to me because 1st level support either hasn't been trained on how to fix it or OnStar can't figure it out despite this being a well known issue based on the number of posts referencing it.
So annoying.
