VIU - OnStar System Error code
Thank you for bringing these hardware concerns to our attention. Please know, a red LED light near your OnStar hardware may mean a visit to your dealership is required. If you haven't already, you can push your blue OnStar button to run an On-Demand Vehicle Diagnostic. A live Advisor will be more than happy to assist. What was the resolution to this? I got the message yesterday in my new Cadillac and the red LED light next to the OnStar button. Today, the system was working fine and the red light is off. Not sure WTF is going on...???
