Thank you for bringing these hardware concerns to our attention. Please know, a red LED light near your OnStar hardware may mean a visit to your dealership is required. If you haven't already, you can push your blue OnStar button to run an On-Demand Vehicle Diagnostic. A live Advisor will be more than happy to assist.
