Vehicles Status won't update

To resolve. Delete profile in mygmc app in vehicle. Readd profile. Then sign into mobile app. All good after.
I am having this same issue and they keep resending the user terms telling me I have to accept them but when I try to accept them I get this error no matter what browser I use. I have cleared the cache and used a private window and nothing works.
