Updates failed
GM pushed an update to my 22 GMC Sierra, it failed. Shutting down my radio, info center, trailering assist. Dealer has diagnosed it as a telematics module issue, but waiting on a module has irritated me again. Now being ghosted by the regional rep is adding to the issue. What can be done to get the module on site??
