Trip Info

To access information on a past trip, you can check your Trip History details. Typically, trips are posted as soon as the ignition is turned off, but it may take up to 3 hours for the data to be fully processed. If you see a dotted line on the map, it indicates that the trip details are still being processed. Once the processing is complete, you will have access to the full trip details, including the route and driving events. If the trip does not appear after 3 hours, we recommend contacting the OnStar Vehicle Insights Advisor team for assistance.
