Telematic Control Module needs replacement, but backordered with no ETA?! UNACCEPTABLE
I just got a new 2025 Chevy Tahoe and the whole reason I got it was for the back screen entertainment system. It’s not working and they don’t have an ETA and they won’t do anything about it. What if I have it so long and I don’t get it and I’m out of my warranty. It just seems unfair. They should give me a vehicle that works. He didn’t even take it off the lot and it was broken.

I am having the same problems and am unable to use the features that I bought the car for. I am also interested in a class action lawsuit if a gmc and onstar refuses to address this problem.
