Tahoe Premier 2025 screen has become very basic
I have a 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier, and my vehicle does not have an OnStar button at all.
Recently, the infotainment screen has become very basic and all apps have disappeared.
Symptoms:
•No apps available (no maps, no Google apps, etc.)
•OnStar is not showing at all
•No WiFi or network connection option in settings
•The screen only shows basic functions (radio + basic settings)
Current status: The system seems completely offline or like connected services are disabled.
Questions:
•Is this normal for some models that don’t have OnStar?
•Or is this a system issue?
•Does it require a software update or reprogramming at the dealership?
Also: How can I restore the apps or enable internet connectivity?
