Supercruise:I80 in Sacramento has been turned off for 2+ years
This link only proves there is something wrong. I put in 95765 (Rocklin ca) and it's showing green on i80 from antelope in Sacramento East.
But I am getting no road information.
And my car doesn't need an update. It's OnStar. If my vehicle needed an update then I wouldn't get current construction status on 50 as my post stated.
This is what I've been getting for 2 years. Wait. It'll automatically update.
It's not updating. Someone at OnStar needs to look into it in more detail.
Who runs your maps? Who updates your construction status on the roads? I'll pester them if I need to.
We appreciate you sharing these additional details. To assist you more effectively, please send us your OnStar account number or VIN along with the full name as it appears on the account. I've got a few issues with this.
First, there is no envelope.
Second, where is my account number on your website?
Third, I'd rather not publicly post my account info or my vin.
Forth, exactly how does this information resolve the issue?
If my car currently gets road information updates on 50 why has 80 had no road information for 2 years while it's showing active on the maps?
I'm not sure what other information I can provide. Lemme copy my above post

Yeah, title says it all. 5 lane highway from the West Coast to the East. But once I hit antelope I get "supercruise unavailable, no road information"."
What other kind of information helps you turn on 80?
