Sign In hassle
Why does my GM OnStar app constantly ask me to Sign In again and again. It's a hassle because I use my password but it requires a special code sent to my email. How can I fix this redundancy? Thanks! JJ

Not sure about the "constantly ask me to Sign in again and again", but for the second problem: It is a security feature using your ID and password PLUS (the security part) sending you a number to an email or phone number for you to enter on the app's screen when asked. It is called a "Multi-factor authentication" (MFA) to help protect your account.
