How can i change payment method?

Changing your payment method is quick and easy to do. Log into your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac account via Chevrolet.com, Buick.com, GMC.com, Cadillac.com, or experience.GM.com > Select “Account Overview" > Choose "Payments" and "Manage Payments" > Edit, Delete or Add a Payment Method. Let us know if you have any questions regarding these steps.
I have done this , it keeps saying unable to update
