OnStar website sign in isn’t working
What is wrong with onstar? I cannot sign in as the page loops back to main page when I try to log in. My car is not connected to My Cadillac app and I can’t use any features.

Please send us a private message to OnStar_Support with your VIN or OnStar account number, the name as it appears on the account, and any error messages you’re seeing when trying to sign in.
