OnStar no longer accessible within GMC app or through GMC website.
2025 Yukon Denali purchased 07/01. Currently about 6,700 mi.
Hello,
Dealer activated Onstar Super Cruise Plan upon delivery. At first, online access to OnStar through the GMC website as well as OnStar remote functions on the GMC app worked flawlessly.
Then it stopped:
Remote functions on app disappeared (middle tab went away) and, under my vehicle, "Unlock OnStar Services" appeared. I called OnStar using the blue button and was told that OnStar had been reactivated, to log out and back in of the GMC app and that everything should be ok. It didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the GMC app but still no luck.
OnStar vehicle diagnostics no longer works.
Over on the GMC website at gmc.com, my vehicle shows as "Not connected". When I click on "OnStar Plans", I'm taken to a screen showing "Sign in another way. The sign-in method you used doesn’t match this account". There's a blue button below labeled "Back to sign-in". Clicking on it brings me back to the same screen.
However, the Hotspot and Super Cruise functions of OnStar work well.
