OnStar module Stop working

Purchased a 2023 Chevy suburban and have only owned it for two years and the module for OnStar went out  for an 80,000 dollar vehicle that’s only two years old this unacceptable. My dealership wants me to pay $200 an hour for them to verify. $900 to install when the park gets here which is on back order will OnStar or GM cover this unacceptable situation because it seems like to me I’m not the only one having this issue

      jack, are you a bot? Your stock reply to everyone seems like you are.  What are you actually doing for people who have a brand new vehicle with an OnStar system that doesn't work. Because quite frankly I am very aggravated!  Especially since I can get no help!
