Account locked to Mexico

I bought my vehicle NEW and have never had an OnStar account until this vehicle, 2026 Chevy Trailblazer RS. Somehow my account is locked to Mexico and nobody can seem to fix it, even if i set up a new account with a new email my account is locked and it says it ineligible to migrate to the new email. I really think my sales person messed up my account, he was the one who originally set it up, and he was struggling with it from the start.

    UPDATE: 12/05/2025

    The account has been fixed. I had to have OnStar completely delete and deactivate my old account associated with my email. I then had to use a different email and have OnStar create a new account as if I was a new customer, with the blue OnStar button within the vehicle. So far all seems good as long as my GM Rewards points get added like they should and I get my OnStar One, 1 year service comped for all this hassle.
