ONSTAR MODULE OUT IN TWO OF MY TRUCKS

This is another post to add to the long line of other customers who have been inconvenienced to say the least for a faulty product. I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Denali and a 2022 Chevrolet LTZ both modules for OnStar went out approximately a month ago after several calls to OnStar, which is absolutely no help they keep saying go to the dealer and then I contacted the dealer today. Who informed me it would be $1000 to fix When I have the three-year service plan with the GMC but not the 2022 Chevrolet. It’s still ridiculous that these modules are going out in such large numbers across the country. This is an outrage if this is not fixed by GM or Chevrolet I will never buy another GM product. I will switch to Ford. So if any of you know whom we can contact or an attorney where we can file a class action suit to get this to get this faulty product replaced at the cost of the company. Please let me know. I’ll be glad to join or initiate the process.
