Onstar Module Issues
I’ve spent over an hour going through posts and almost every single one is about back ordered modules with no ETA. This is a huge issue for THOUSANDS of us and many of us bought our vehicles mainly because we wanted these Onstar features. No ETA is not an answer and I would like to know when my Tahoe will be matched to my module and not Sally Brown’s Suburban, somewhere across the country! I’ve already been waiting over two months and I’m auto paying $50 a month for a service I can’t even use. You all told me my services would be free until the issue was fixed, but like clockwork, on the one month mark, it was disconnected. Unacceptable! I would like access to the services you gave me with no issue, for that free month (to entice me to buy) or I want a new module. I’d like some answers and no ETA is not an answer.
