no onstar
I purchased a 2023 equinox. I wanted to try onstar I pushed the blue button and nothing happened. I Called onstar on 09/05/2025,they said they would have there tech people look into it. The next day I received an e-mail from there tech people stating something is wrong with the car. I took the car to the dealer today 09/09/2025. I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and that it had to be activated, that is what i been trying to do all the while. I waited 3 hrs for it, to be told nothing is wrong well something is wrong own up to it.
