No internet connection! Help!
I have the same issue- the app doesn't read all the data from the car either- I call Onstar support and get a list of the usual things to do- re-install the app, log out, log back in- they sent a "reset"... nothing works. I have a 30 day trial of the top level Onstar plan- it hasn't worked since day 1. For this reason, I will not renew it. Supposedly they have an emergency plan... no idea if THAT will work, being none of the other things work. It's not worth my trouble. Onstar is not worth the money.

I shot an email off to the support- after the reply asking me what the version and release of the phone and app and OS I was using- I looked at the mychevrolet app... and for the very first time since I bought the car (last month) the data was updated..... I went to the car and checked and it was very close to exact. It had been static numbers since I drove it home from the dealership. (now it has 1,004 miles). I hesitate to celebrate at this point... but it seems to be working.
