myCadillac on Lyriq will not open
Since day one when I purchased my 2024 Lyriq the myCadillac app in on the vehicle will not open. It goes to open then crashes. I can't uninstall or reinstall it? Likewise, on my phone the myCadilla...
LarryUx, wouldn't bother wasting your time.... I submitted my ticket, got called a week later, did the whole reset thing with the advisor, worked for the day... next day, gone again.... nothing working again. *note the advisors are great, no issues with them, just horrible software/hardware combo that needs to be addressed..
