Mobile App

I have owned my 2500 HD for less than a month. The mobile app will work for a few days and suddenly stop updating. I have wasted hours on the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times. Manually entering my login information, can’t use autofill because the system doesn’t work with it. This issue has already been escalated to tech support, who fixed it temporarily. I am really disappointed in the overall owner experience at this point in time.

If you have not already, please try clearing the cache on your mobile device. If you are able to log in from there, perform a global refresh by pulling down from the top of the screen when you are in the Vehicle Status feature to update your vehicle details. If you take these steps and you are still unable to reach a resolution, send us a private message to OnStar_Support with any additional details you can share.
