Loss of signal or connection problem

Hi my name its Alan,

I have a 2024 Chevy Trax, and since then, I've had a few issues with losing OnStar and Wi-Fi signals. When this happens, it also loses Bluetooth signal. I took it to the dealer in May of this year, and they had updated the software. However, I'm still having the same problem. What do I do?

    Any update? I’ve been dealing with the same issue. Already had the radio replaced and the Onstar module. The issue is still happening
