HORRIBLE
I’ve had a loaner truck longer than my 2025 equinox at this point I think. They had gotten that part in and cannot get my car to go online now and need a specialist to look at it (that was 2 weeks ago). I’ve been without my car for a 4 weeks (30 days Wednesday) now. The dealership I got it at is amazing and their customer service is amazing, even though they are a Jeep, dodge, ect dealership. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating that I am making car payments for a car that is in the garage due to onstar failure.
