Haring a lot of clicking sound from dashboard
This is never the sort of thing that we like to hear, Wilson. Our team can certainly recognize your present frustration with these concerns reappearing after being without the vehicle you love and rely for an extended period of time while it received repairs previously. We want a better experience for the dedicated members of our GM and OnStar family. With that being said, our team believes that the next best step would be to have this trouble with your dashboard/radio investigated further by the service department at your preferred GM dealership. They're currently in the best position to identify and correct any errors that are causing this to happen. We'd be more than happy to provide an additional layer of support and communication between yourself and the dealer as they address this matter. If you'd like to move forward with this support, please send us a private message with your contact information, VIN, the current mileage, and the name of your dealership. To send us a message, you only need to select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. When creating a new message, please be sure to enter Advisor_Jack to get connected directly to me. We hope to hear from you again very soon. By sending us a message, you consent to the information you provide being monitored and recorded by GM or those acting on GM’s behalf, subject to the GM Privacy Statement: https://www.gm.com/privacy-statement
