CHANGE PINNUMBER

Resetting your PIN is easy and can be done on the computer or within the mobile app. Steps are provided below for your convenience.

 

On the desktop:

1. Log into experience.gm.com
2. Click your user icon in the top right corner 
3. Select "My Account" and then "Security" 
4. Click “Change PIN” 
5. Enter a 4-digit number that will be easy to remember 
6. Re-enter your chosen PIN a second time to verify it 
7. Enter in your password for GMC.com, Chevrolet.com, Buick.com, or Cadillac.com
8. Select "Save changes"

On the mobile app:

1. Login to your mobile app 
2. Tap the Account Menu button in the top right (your initials should be located on that button)
3. Tap Account 
4. Select Login & Security 
5. Under “Security”, select Change PIN
6. Enter your new PIN into the New PIN section, and again in the Confirm New PIN section
7. Enter your password to confirm the changes
8. Click Save Changes to complete the process. 

 

Please know your PIN will then be reset and you will receive an email with the Privacy Disclosure. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
