Backordered Onstar Module
Has anyone who is faced with this backordered onstar module situation considered the lemon law?
Just to give everyone an update that is following this thread:
I finally got a private message from OnStar 1 week ago. They said they would be calling me so they could provide a prompt resolution. They have never called. I guess they don't understand what the word prompt means. This customer service is ridiculous!
