Backordered Onstar Module
I have been waiting 10 weeks. Stopped working January 31, 2026, brought it in to the dealer February 16. Just called. All I am being told is that it is on backorder. I bought the car new in March 2025. Had around 4,000 miles on it at the time this happened. About ready to take a hit to my credit and stop paying for it.

I called the dealer. Guess what? The part is in, but have not yet been contacted by the service department. I did call the service department and left a voicemail. The person I spoke with in parts was surprised service hasn't contacted me, especially since they cannot hold the part too long. Am going to keep calling. It has been since February 16.
