Backordered Onstar Module
The most insulting part of this situation is GM knows this problem exists but continues to sell/lease cars with the potential for this to happen and has absolutely zero remorse for their actions. Someone needs to hold GM accountable for this and not now but yesterday. I continue to pay for 100% of a car when only 75% of the car is functional. Thatโs stealing plain and simple and itโs compounded by the fact that GM had full knowledge of this issue but like ๐๐๐ they blatantly ignored it.

Had my 2025 blazer since 5/2/2026 found out from on star the the telematics module was probably bad. The dealer verified that the part has failed. How did the dealership sell me a car that wasn't fully operational? Now wait for a replacement part with no eta on it. This BS that Chevrolet is stating that is an optional service and is dragging their feet on getting the replacement past out the customers. Chevrolet needs to light a fire under the manufacturer on this part replacement. The on star service was sold as a service with the car. They need to make it right ASAP
