Apple Play

I had Apple Play on my 2025 Equinox EV.    Somehow, the entire App disappeared.    Called OnStar Support numerous times.   Of course, as usual, they could not fix the problem.  Told me an update would be pushed through in a few weeks.   First, I don't understand why they couldn't push it through immediately?   Second, it has been weeks and nothing.  Anyone have any suggestions. I have tried everything except a full factory reset, because quite frankly, if I go through that and it still doesn't appear, I will be even more aggravated with OnStar than I already am.  Thanks to anyone that can help.
