Ugh... Same here. 2024 Tahoe High Country - less than 300 miles and no Onstar. BCM was reprogrammed and the update lasted all of 2 hours. Now I am learning there's a plethora of internal failures and they all affect the overall communication in the vehicle. To add insult to injury, there's no date as to when the device/part will arrive and be replaced. Was told to bear with it in the interim - yet we're paying for the service. At what point is there accountability?? We literally purchased the vehicle with 11 miles on it and immediately had problems.

    Update 03/02/2025

Still nothing. I’ve emailed GM and got nothing but  a generic response. I’ve called but goes to voicemail with no call returned.

Im going thru the same thing with my 2025 yukon. Mine failed within less than 200 miles. I am currently on a waitlist with no ETA. Very frustrating when you need it to basically run your main screen and vehicle features.
