2025 Buick Envision Location Alerts stopped working.
Purchased this Buick the 1st of Jan 2025 and the location alerts were working to notify my cell phone until Jan 30, 2025. After that it stopped working. Just had the vehicle serviced at a GM dealer...
Thank you for these details related to your Location Alerts. As an initial troubleshooting step, we highly recommend ensuring that your Notification settings are currently enabled within the myBuick mobile app. To check your Notification settings, please see the below steps:
iOS: Settings > Notifications > Scroll down and select the myBuick mobile app > Tap "Allow Notifications" until the toggle switch is green
Android: Settings > Apps > Scroll down and select the myBuick mobile app > Notifications > Tap "Allow Notifications" until the toggle switch is blue
With this, your device location and vehicle location must be enabled to receive Location Alerts. If you have any ongoing trouble after these steps, kindly let us know.
