2025 Blazer EV: Telematics Failure, No ETA, and No OTA Updates — What’s Going On at GM?
Hello Troy,
all the above things are already done and iam sitting patiently, to answer to ur above question, the dealership doesnt even have a ETA on the part, so what am i doing here, just think for a second if u were in our shoes what would you do, if some body is saying they dont have a ETA then it is like shooting a arrow in the dark, all i see is a standard answer that you will connect with the dealer ship and i dont see a response about what is the outcome of it
Have you gotten anywhere with an ETA on your replacement module? Mine's been about a week and still nothing. Guessing you're in the same boat?

Thanks Sara, I've already opened a case and have contacted the dealer and OnStar support several times with little to no information on when the part will become available. It saddens me to think that I may have to lemon law my car as I do very much like driving it, but at this point with no idea when I will have the ability to navigate safely to any destination outside of my neighborhood I will have no choice.
