2024 GMC Terrain app issues
I bought my car off carvana recently. The mygmc app let's me control my car no issues, but the vehicle status will not update. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Logged in and out. And cleared all the caches. I'm stumped on what to do.

Congratulations on your recent purchase. Our team would like to assist further with any updates to your Terrain's Vehicle Status within the myGMC mobile app. If the app is up to date on your device, we recommend completing a Power Cycle. This should update your vehicle insight and ensure any diagnostics are accurate. Please see the below steps:
1. Turn ignition on for at least 2 minutes
2. Turn ignition off and wait 2-5 minutes (so data can be collected)
3. Log out of the myGMC app and log back in - this may help the app refresh
4. If the concern is still not resolved, please wait 2-3 minutes and refresh the app again, as the status can take a few minutes to update
5. Drive the vehicle around for a few minutes to allow data to refresh on the appIf you have any continued trouble, please let us know.
