2024 GMC Acadia Denali - no data

We have a 2024 Acadia Denali with subscription we bought new. Have full LTE Signal and no data for google maps, account logins etc works. If I hotspot the car to my phone the maps will then load. Its like the sim needs refreshed or reprovisioned.

Everything works if we join our wifi to the car also. Its definitely a cellular data issue.

I have done all the radio restarts, reboots, cache clearing, etc.

How do we get he cellular signal refreshed? We are on a road trip and not near home base. We were trying to rely on the factory google navigation to take us around the area.
