Recommended Maintenance Unavailable

In the service tab where you would schedule service, my routine/recommended maintenance is unavailable. I've reinstalled the app. Need help.

  • We would be glad to connect and look into this concern with the app for you, Aaron. At this time, we recommend power cycling your vehicle using the instructions provided below. If that does not work, please send us a private message to OnStar_Support by selecting the envelope at the top right for further assistance.

    Power Cycle Steps:
    1. Enter the vehicle and turn ignition on (Vehicle should run for at least 60 seconds)
    2. Shut off vehicle
    3. Remove Key from ignition or Press start/stop button
    4. Exit vehicle - Key FOB must also exit vehicle
    5. Close Driver's door - All other doors, hatch, liftgate should also be closed
    6. Lock vehicle doors using Key FOB
    7. Critical Step: Wait ~2 minutes (or until OnStar LED goes out. This allows time for the OnStar unit and other electrical systems to turn off)
    8. Re-Enter the vehicle and turn ignition on
    9. Check app to see if it shows the correct information
