MyGMC does not update Fuel, Trip/Total Miles, or Diagnostics
I have a 2023 GMC AT4 1500 with an active OnStar Remote Connection plan. Initially, everything worked perfectly, last April 2023 I had a major engine failure. After 6 weeks at the dealer for an engine replacement, all diagnostics, fuel level, and trip data stopped updating. However, the map and remote functions continue to work with no problem.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:
- Updated my iPhone to the latest iOS version to ensure compatibility with the MyGMC app.
- Deleted and reinstalled the MyGMC app, but the issue persisted.
- I drive the Truck daily, so the vehicle should transmit data as expected.
- Confirmed the OnStar light is green on my mirror.
Despite these efforts, the diagnostics, fuel, and trip data remain outdated. What other troubleshooting steps should I take?

I just went thru last week.
1) in vehicle mygmc screen delete profile2) sign out of app on phone
3) sign back into profile on mygmc in vehicle. Sign into google in vejicle
4) once done in vehicle reinstall app on phone
5) sign back into app on phone
6) drive a little bit in vehicle
7) open app on phone refresh
key was profile in mygmc in vehicle messed up. Once that was deleted readdes rest went good
