MyGMC app won't send remote commands
It won't send the message with the information you requested. Please provide me with a direct email so I can send you the VIN, Onstar Account# and email.
Yes, I logged in again through my infotainment center using the credentials of the new account.

Somehow my app started working today and will allow me to send remote commands again. I still need to be able to log in to my onstar account online and I cannot do that. I continue to get this error - no matter where or how i try to log in. Please figure this out for me as I NEED to be able to see my account information and set up payments.
