MyGMC App will not connect Android phone unable to complete authorization

I figured it out. For those who are still having issues try to clear your cache from chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers and clear your device cache as well, then try it again. That should work.
I purchased a vehicle yesterday. The app was working fine until I had the call with the OnStar rep. Now, the app won't load and connect. After multiple attempts to get it to load, it is completely frozen. I've tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the App multiple times as well as clearing the cache. I even tried to do a manual connection from inside the vehicle via its touch screen to no avail. This app is so difficult. My other vehicle from your competitor has zero issues with their app. What can be done to remedy this?

What you describe sounds very similar to a known error which has since been identified and resolved by our internal technical team. At this time, we kindly ask that you attempt to uninstall/reinstall your app once more. This should correct any previous difficulties.
