MyGMC app not updating vehicle status since OnStar had to refresh my wifi signal a week ago.
Same issue here. App won't update with latest oil change and fuel. My app shows last status update 9 days ago when I purchased OnStar. Remote controls work fine. Just no updated status
I have been having the same issue with my 2022 gmc sierra 1500. I have spoke with about 30 OnStar people and no one has fixed. It. They tried to tell me it was my OnStar module. Went to the dealership everything looked fine they said

Hey Yasminef, I talked to technical support again to day after driving my vehicle and the app did not update, she basically asked me to go through the same troubleshooting steps, she read my case file, then said she would be escalating this to another higher level. What was ironic was she inferred that the problem may be with my vehicle, that really infuriated me because this happened when trying to renew my subscription to the ONSTAR ONE plan. Everything worked perfectly until that happened. What really mad me mad was that she hung up on me when I was explaining this after asking me. “What is your point?” Not only is the service terrible customer service is worse. I’m going to make a complaint but I have to go through a cooling down process first.
