Same issue here. Hasn’t updated vehicle status for 10 days. Did all, reinstall app, readd trusted device, off/on, etc. sounds like everyone has issue. Customers should not have to be posting on a forum to get this looked at and resolved.
Get ready for them to tell you how sorry they are that you're dealing with this and to message them with the details of your issue just for them to not ever fix the problem...
