Hi,
I too am having the same problem. I’ve done all of the troubleshooting and nothing helps. Has there been a resolution to this issue. As other users stated, everything was working fine. Now it is not. Please help. I have spent hours trying to resolve this and am very frustrated.

The only solution I found was to have Onstar change me to a higher level plan. My vehicle diagnostics stopped showing up when I renewed my plan. I think Onstar changed what is offered in each plan for vehicles older than 2025. The technical support personnel told me a higher-level plan is now required for vehicle diagnostics, the sales personnel told me my original plan I renewed still contained vehicle diagnostics. I had both groups on the phone and listened to them disagree about the plan contents. Once the technical person upgraded me to a higher-level plan vehicle diagnostics were immediately available. I have two free months of the higher plan. I hope Onstar figures out their mistake/content because in two months I will be calling back to see which plans offer vehicle diagnostics and if I am not happy I will probably just drop Onstar.

I suspect you might be right about OnStar techs and MyChevrolet App techs not knowing which way the sun shines. I got my weekly call from OnStar today about my case. Having seen your post, I asked her to double check if my OnStar plan really includes getting the status info. She said it does, but I have my doubts.
