MyChevrolet App Vehicle Status/Info Not Updating

JAKE---THE RESPONSE FROM THEM IS BOT ORIGINATION. I've done everything and it just gets passed along. Call them and tell them to move your complaint to a level 3. Then and only then will it get fixed. It took me 7 phones calls every morning for 7 days to bitch. I felt like I knew them when I was done. LOL. Level 3 gets it fixed and then its a great app.
