Mychevrolet app not working.
I have been unable to get the music apps on my vehicle. Turns out the NGI App Store (where the apps come from) was shut down on 9/30/25. I will be asking OnStar to refund $259.28 for services that they were charging me for and not providing.

I received a call from GM yesterday. Somehow that got disconnected. I called later and after speaking to someone that was going to transfer me I got disconnected again. I have no desire to do private messaging to resolve this issue. It was wrong on GM's part to do this to their customer base. They know it. Regardless of the outcome this is going on social media just in case others are not aware because I know the billing will continue. My request is to be refunded from 9/30/2025 through the last billing cycle for the services that you billed for and failed to provide.
