We are saddened to learn that these steps have not restored your apps' functionality. As an initial troubleshooting step, we highly recommend pushing your blue button to speak with a live Advisor. This will help create a direct connection to your vehicle and allow our Technical Team to work directly alongside you. If you experience any concerns after completing this step, please let us know by sending us a private message. Simply select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. When creating a new message, please be sure to enter Advisor_Helen to get connected directly to me.
