My Chevy App/ OnStar is Horrendous!

My vehicle is only three months old.  The My Chevy App- AKA  OnStar doesn't work AT ALL.  No remote start, no tire pressure, no charging status, no remote lock, unlock.  NOTHING!   Spent over an hour with some customer service person from OnStar.  Did all the steps with her twice, you know, exit the vehicle, enter the vehicle, blah blah blah. Also did them twice on my own.  Deleted the App, Reinstalled the App over ten times. Still NO ONSTAR!    Am I pissed off. Definitely.  Would I like to take the OnStar module and throw it in a lake. Definitely.  What I really want though is for the damn thing to work.   I was told my ticket would be expedited and I would hear back with a higher technician within 1-3 days, but over 2 down and nothing yet. I am fairly certain I will get no resolution, then I guess I will need to figure out next steps.  Funny how the minute you activate your free plan, they immediately want you to upgrade, give them a ridiculous amount of money, etc. yet, they can't provide a service that works!  Praying someone who knows their head from their other end at OnStar reads this..but I highly doubt that too!  

In the meantime, if there is anyone who reads these who has figured it out on their own, please tell me what you did!
