Mychevrolet app will not update the EV and Gas range on my phone. For the last 7 days it has been stuck at 75km EV and 279km gas anytime in the day and after recharge. This app used to be much better before it was changed. I wish I could download the old version again or have someone fix it properly. What suggestions can you make

While a previous version of the mobile app cannot be downloaded, we can take a further look into things on our end and provide any potential troubleshooting. Again, feel free to send us a private message with more information moving forward if you have continued trouble.
