Climate control removed from app?!
When i purchased my truck a few weeks ago (2025 Silverado 1500 RST) I was able to set my climate temperature remotely from the app but it disappeared within the last week and there seems to be no...
Probably hoping that we will give up if they tell us it’s not equipped. Using it as an excuse to not want to help or fix. It most certainly worked the first couple weeks of me owning my truck.
one morning was cold & I set the heat, Latwr that day it was hot so I set the AC. Loved finding that feature.
Just got a call from level 3 tech at OnStar and they’re standing firm on my vehicle not being capable of using feature. So, I’ll be calling GMC again. This doesn’t make sense!
