Climate control removed from app?!
Been going back & forth via email with them all day only to be told the same lies & excuses again.

O was recently told that my vehicle’s system is a generation that is not supported by the OnStar system and to look out for an update!

Yeah they said that to me too but I know it’s total BS!
My truck had it when I bought it. I’ve got proof in screenshots.
One of my good friends has the exact same truck that I do we bought them in the same month from in the same State & his climate control on his app works just fine! Same “generation 11” and he has never had an issue with using it.- JellyP10 days agoNew Contributor
A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS DEFINITELY IN ORDER!!! I spoke to an ONSTAR representative about this same thing AGAIN today . She asked me for my Vehicle information and I provided it to her. She then proceeded to tell me that my 2024 Tahoe RST is a Gen 11 and unfortunately that feature is not offered to Gen 11 only Gen 12. I told her that was a bunch of BS because I had it when I bought my vehicle brand new in 2024 and once my free trial period was over with the Onstar Premium service and after the first update it mysteriously disappeared.She then proceeded to feed me another line of BS. She said the reason I along with the rest of the people out there who got screwed by GM AND ONSTAR had this feature initially was because of a "glitch" in their system so GM PURPOSELY TURNED OFF THE FEATURE and that’s why it was not available to us after the update! VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! Definitely worth an investigation!

I was one of the first ones on this thread and been following ever since. I too had the service on my 2025 Silverado and have had no resolution. This is bonkers, I am contemplating a second truck for work and it will not be anything from Chevrolet or with Onstar. It is absolutely ridiculous that its been 9 months and there has not been a solution that is satisfactory, SHAMEFULL!

Still non updates despite the truck having the latest update. I just got back from the dealership and they confirmed all updates are done. Can you connect with me directly again please.
