Climate control from app

I have a 2025 GMC 1500 Sierra Denial Ultimate and I not sure why I can not control climate controls from my app, I have installed the app updated the app signed back in and still no climate controls ...

Hey Jeff,

Just letting you know that you can only use the climate controls after you start the car remotely using the app.  In newly updated  app Its looks like the picture. Hope this works.

    They’re not going to help you. They will continue to tell you that you’re wrong & that You never had the feature to begin with! Even if you file a complaint with the BBB they will gaslight you with some BS about how you Gen doesn’t support it & then offer you a year of free premium service but never deliver that offer.
