Chevy app won't unlock
We understand how frustrating it can be when the app is not operating as it should. As an initial troubleshooting step, please uninstall/reinstall your app. If you continue to have concerns with the unlock/lock feature, please private message OnStar_Support with your full name, VIN, and current mileage by selecting the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started. We're here to help, however we can.
